Im not involved in greek life but I know some gamma phis and other sorority girls and they have a harder time during recruitment getting girls, but at least they try. I would say the common belief across campus is that they belong in the bottom tier but they are involved in more events on campus. I feel like they think they are better than they actually are and some of the older girls are not very cute but at least they are making an effort. Keep it up girls because you ARE improving.
